Light It – Interactive Sustainable Environmnts

We are interested in reforming things, how can we make truly interactive sustainable environments, which connect people, for us that’s the essence of design.

When we look at highways, why is so much money, time and energy invested on cars but the actual roads themselves are still stuck in the middle ages? Why don’t we have information on the road and paths only when we need it? Why are street lights always on? Why can’t we simply connect it to a simple sensor which turns on when we pass by so you get this beautiful ghost of light.

These are ideas that are not super high tech, they are basic principles that we can implement to existing roads and paths in a short period of time making communities saver in a self sustainable environment which saves on energy. It is an idea that could be actually implement onto the taff trail as we all know how unsafe it is when its dark.
